- by tram no. 4 or 10 to the “Al. Lotników” tram stop
- by M1 metro line to the “Wilanowska” station, then change to tram no. 4 or 10 to the tram stop “Al. Lotników”; or by M1 metro line to the “Służew” station, then change to bus no. 189, 193, 317, 401 or 402 to the “Al. Lotników” bus stop

Price for a place in the student hall of residence for the academic year 2024/2025 (per month):
- in a single room (in a two-room segment) – PLN 1100.00/person
- in a double room (in a two-room segment) – PLN 950.00/person
- in a single room (in a four-room segment) with kitchenette – PLN 1100.00/person
- in a double room (in a four-room segment) with kitchenette – PLN 1000.00/person
- in a double room (with a double bed) – PLN 1000.00/person
- in a single room (for persons with disabilities) – PLN 1100.00/person
- in a double room (for persons with disabilities) – PLN 950.00/person
Reservation fee amount – PLN 1000.00
Reservation fee for the academic year 2024-2025:
- The amount of the reservation fee connected with accommodation in student dormitories at the University of Warsaw for students, doctoral students and postgraduate students of the University of Warsaw and their children, as well as for beneficiaries of scholarships granted by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange [pl. NAWA], is equal to the amount indicated in the appendix to the resolution.
- The reservation fee connected with accommodation in student halls of residence for persons other than those referred to in section 1 is double the amount indicated in the appendix to the resolution.

- Ground floor: exercise room, common room with kitchen and dining area, laundry and drying room;
- I floor: kitchen with dining area, quiet study room, shared toilet;
- II – VI floors: kitchen with dining area, work room, shared toilet;
- next to the building: sports ground, bicycle room, park alleys;
- shared toilets are adapted for persons with disabilities;
- shared kitchens on each floor equipped with: 4-burner electric stoves with ovens, microwave ovens

- upon moving into a room, there is a possibility of obtaining bedding from the bedding storeroom

Price list for guest rooms:
- price of a single room – PLN 300 PLN/day/person.
- price for a double room – PLN 200/day/person.
Each guest room is assigned a parking space in the underground car park.
Hotel guests staying longer than 14 days will receive a discount of 10% and for longer than 30 days – a discount of 30%.
Check-in starts at 12:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out should be done by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Due date and form of payment for dormitory accommodation:
- the student should pay the fee for accommodation in a student room by the 20th day of each month by making a transfer to a bank account (or doing so at a bank or post office).
- the dormitory accommodation fee should be paid to the individual bank account number visible in the USOS system (available after obtaining accommodation)
- the payment for a stay in guest rooms should be made on arrival in cash or by card in PLN
Days and hours of check-in: Monday – Friday, 9:00-14:00
Additional information:
There is an option to purchase a subscription for a parking space in the underground car park at a price of PLN 199.00 per month.
Allocation of dormitory places:
The allocation of dormitory places is handled by the Student Welfare and Support Office [pl. BPM].

Places can be also allocated by the International Relations Office [pl. BWZ] (in case of short-term exchanges) and the Office for Persons with Disabilities [pl. BON].
Things required for accommodation procedure:
- student identity card
- identity card/passport
- two photographs of an identity card format
Resident’s card:
After obtaining accommodation, the student will receive a resident’s card with a photograph, name and surname, the number of the allocated room and its expiry date on it. This card entitles them to collect a key to their room.
