Announcement Regarding Holidays 2026

The UW Office for Personnel Social Benefits would like to invite you to spend your summer holidays at its own recreation facilities in the following locations and dates.

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING HOLIDAYS 2026

Registration for holiday allocation at one of the UW holiday centres begins on 02 March 2026 starting from 8:00.

Starting from 02 March 2026, applications for holiday allocation can be submitted by:

UW employees (including pensioners and disability pensioners currently employed at the University of Warsaw) as well as UW doctoral students – only through an electronic form in the DocSense – link to website will be opened in the new window
UW pensioners and disability pensioners who are not in an employment relationship with the University of Warsaw (i.e. are not employed by the UW under an employment contract or appointment) – in person at the UW Office for Personnel Social Benefits (mały dziedziniec, 1st floor, room 19), between 8:00 -15:00).

Fees must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

receipt of the invoice shall constitute an obligation to pay for the stay.
resignation from booked places after the invoice has been paid results in the forfeiture of the fee, unless the resignation is justified by an important and documented fortuitous event (e.g. the death of a close relative or hospitalisation).
in the case of an issued invoice, resignations from holiday stays at the UW holiday centres submitted less than 14 days before their commencement will not be considered.

Reservation of specific rooms is not available.

Pensioners and disability pensioners of the University of Warsaw who are not in an employment relationship with the University of Warsaw may use the facilities subject to room availability.

Between 09 – 20.03.2026, a meeting of the Committee for the Allocation of Places at the University of Warsaw holiday centres will be held. When deciding on the allocation of places, the Committee will also take into account:

a) the order in which applications are submitted;
b) the frequency with which the applicant has used the centres over the past three years;

The results of the Committee’s proceedings will be communicated to applicants between 23–25.03.2026:

– to employees and doctoral candidates via the DocSense system;

– to pensioners and disability pensioners by telephone.

Price per day per person – paid in full:

during the season:

PLN 151.20 gross accommodation + breakfast

PLN 97.20 gross additional bed + breakfast

PLN 129.60 gross accommodation + breakfast – half portion

PLN 75,60 gross accommodation on an additional bed + breakfast – half portion

off-season:

PLN 140.40 gross accommodation + breakfast

PLN 91,80 gross accommodation on an additional bed + breakfast

PLN 118.80 gross accommodation + breakfast – half portion

PLN 70,20 gross accommodation on an additional bed + breakfast – half portion

Accommodation for children under the age of 3 is free of charge.

Purchase of half portion of breakfast is possible only for children under the age of 8.

The tourist tax in accordance with the rates of the Resolution of the Kościelisko Commune Council is payable in the “Wrzos” Holiday Home.

Paid parking available on site – PLN 15.00 gross per day (during the season and off-season). Parking spaces cannot be reserved.

“Szeligówka” Holiday Home in Kościelisko

Price per day per person – paid in full:

PLN 54.00 gross – accommodation /during the season and off-season/.

Accommodation for children under the age of 3 is free of charge.

The tourist tax in accordance with the rates of the Resolution of the Kościelisko Commune Council is payable in the “Szeligówka” Holiday Home.

“Bajka” Holiday Home in Łukęcin

period from 01 June 2026 to 30 September 2026.

Dates of holiday stays:

01 July 2026 – 15 July 2026

16 July 2026 – 30 July 2026

01 August 2026 – 15 August 2026

16 August 2026 – 30 August 2026

During the season:

PLN 92.88 gross per person – accommodation

PLN 82.08 gross per person – breakfast and dinner

PLN 41.04 gross per person – price for half portion of the meal for children until the end of the calendar year in which they reach 8 years of age.

off-season:

PLN 82.08 gross per person – accommodation

PLN 82.08 gross per person – breakfast and dinner

PLN 41.04 gross per person – price for half portion of the meal for children until the end of the calendar year in which they reach 8 years of age.

The price of a fully paid referral for one person (14 days) is:

14 days x PLN 174.96 gross = PLN 2449.44 gross for the entire stay.

The tourist tax in accordance with the rates of the Resolution of the Dziwnów Commune Council is payable in the “Bajka”.
