The UW Office for Personnel Social Benefits would like to invite you to spend your summer holidays at its own recreation facilities in the following locations and dates.

Announcement Regarding Holidays 2025

Registration for holiday allocation at one of the UW holiday facilities begins on 03 March 2025 starting at 8:00.

Starting from 03 March 2025, applications for holiday allocation can be submitted by:

1. UW employees, UW doctoral students and pensioners/disability pensioners currently employed at the University of Warsaw only through an electronic form in the DocSense system.
2. UW pensioners and disability pensioners who have had their employment contract terminated due to their retirement/receiving disability pension in person at the UW Office for Personnel Social Benefits (mały dziedziniec, Ist floor, room no. 19, between 8:00 and 15:00).

Detailed information regarding reservations and payments at UW Holiday facilities

 The holiday stay fee must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

• Cancellation of a stay reservation without incurring any additional charges is possible before the invoice is issued, but no later than 7 days before the start date of the holiday stay.
• Receipt of the invoice shall constitute an obligation to pay for the stay.
• In case of cancellation of the purchased holiday stay, the fee paid shall not be refunded. The only exception would be in connection with a justified, valid and documented fortuitous event (such as the death of a close relative or hospitalisation).
• In case of cancellation of the purchased holiday stay reported less than 7 days before the start of the stay, the fee paid shall not be refunded.

 

“Wrzos” Holiday Home – period from 01 April 2025 to 30 November 2025.

Price per day per person – paid in full:

 

Season (period from 01 July 2025 to 30 September 2025):

PLN 140.40 gross         accommodation + breakfast

PLN 91,80 gross           accommodation on an extra bed + breakfast

PLN 118.80 gross         accommodation + breakfast – half portion

PLN 70,20 gross           accommodation on an extra bed + breakfast – half portion

Accommodation for children under the age of 3 is free of charge.

Purchase of half portion of breakfast is possible only for children under the age of 8.

 

Off-season:

PLN 129.60 gross         accommodation + breakfast

PLN 86,40 gross           accommodation on an extra bed + breakfast

PLN 108.00 gross         accommodation + breakfast – half portion

PLN 64,80 gross           accommodation on an extra bed + breakfast – half portion

Accommodation for children under the age of 3 is free of charge.

Purchase of half portion of breakfast is possible only for children under the age of 8.

The tourist tax in accordance with the rates of the Resolution of the Kościelisko Commune Council is payable in the “Wrzos” Holiday Home.

Parking place ath the facility costs PLN 12.30 gross per day.

“Szeligówka” Holiday Home – period from 01 April 2025 to 30 September 2025.

Price per day per person – paid in full:

Season (period from 01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025):

PLN 54.00 gross – accommodation

Accommodation for children under the age of 3 is free of charge.

Off-season:

PLN 54.00 gross – accommodation

Accommodation for children under the age of 3 is free of charge.

The tourist tax in accordance with the rates of the Resolution of the Kościelisko Commune Council is payable in the “Szeligówka” Holiday Home.

“Bajka” Holiday Home – period from 01 June 2025 to 30 September 2025.

PLN 2268.00 gross – price per holiday stay (accommodation + board)

 

Price per day per person – paid in full:

Season (period from 01 July 2025 to 31 August 2025):

PLN 82.08 gross           accommodation

PLN 79.92 gross           board (breakfast + dinner)

PLN 39.96 gross           board – half portion (breakfast + dinner)

Children up to the age of 8 are entitled to a half-portion of the board.

 

 

Off-season:                                             

PLN 74.52 gross           accommodation

PLN 79.92 gross           board (breakfast + dinner)

PLN 39.96 gross           board – half portion (breakfast + dinner)

Children up to the age of 8 are entitled to a half-portion of the board.

The tourist tax in accordance with the rates of the Resolution of the Dziwnów Commune Council is payable in the “Bajka” Holiday Home.
