Persons entitled to benefit from the University Social Benefits Fund
- UW employees working under an appointment or employment contract;
- UW employees on maternity, parental or childcare leaves;
- UW pensioners and disability pensioners;
- participants of full-time doctoral studies at the University of Warsaw, enrolled before the academic year 2019/2020 and doctoral students studying at doctoral schools, before they reach the age of 35;
- parents or legal guardians of children of deceased UW employees, pensioners or disability pensioners;
- adult children of deceased UW employees, pensioners or disability pensioners who continue their education – until the end of their studies but no longer than until the end of the year in which they reach the age of 25;
- persons covering the funeral expenses in the event of the death of a UW employee, pensioner or disability pensioner.
