Price for a place in the student hall of residence for the academic year 2024/2025 (per month):
- in a single room (for persons referred by the Office for Persons with Disabilities [pl. BON]) – PLN 600/person
- in a double room (for UW students) – PLN 520/person
- in a double room (for persons from outside the UW) – PLN 670.00 + 8% VAT/person
Reservation fee amount – PLN 530.00
Reservation fee for the academic year 2024-2025:
- The amount of the reservation fee connected with accommodation in student halls of residence at the University of Warsaw for students, doctoral students and postgraduate students of the University of Warsaw and their children, as well as for beneficiaries of scholarships granted by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange [pl. NAWA], is equal to the amount indicated in the appendix to the resolution.
- The reservation fee connected with accommodation in student halls of residence for persons other than those referred to in section 1 is double the amount indicated in the appendix to the resolution.
Additional costs for students:
laundry for residents – PLN 15 (laundry detergent included)/token per one wash and dry cycle

Price list for guest rooms during the 2024 holiday period:
- price of a single room – PLN 80/day/person
- price of a double room – PLN 50/day/person
- price of a triple room (only in the hotel area) – PLN 40/day/person
- groups: price per person – PLN 50/day/person
Double, triple and quadruple rooms can only be rented as a whole; renting only one bed in a room is not possible.
Hotel guests staying longer than 14 days will be receive a discount of 10% and for longer than 30 days – a discount of 30%.
Due date and form of payment for dormitory accommodation:
- the student should pay the fee for accommodation in a student room by the 20th day of each month by making a transfer to a bank account (or doing so at a bank or post office).
- the dormitory accommodation fee should be paid to the individual bank account number visible in the USOS system (available after obtaining accommodation)
- the deposit is payable in cash in PLN
- the payment for a stay in guest rooms should be made on arrival in cash or by card in PLN

Allocation of dormitory places:
The allocation of dormitory places is handled by the Student Welfare and Support Office [pl. BPM].

Places can be also allocated by the International Relations Office [pl. BWZ] (in case of short-term exchanges) and the Office for Persons with Disabilities [pl. BON].
Things required for accommodation procedure:
- student identity card
- identity card/passport
- two photographs of an identity card format
- deposit payable in cash
Resident’s card:
After obtaining accommodation, the student will receive a resident’s card with a photograph, name and surname, the number of the allocated room and its expiry date on it. This card entitles them to collect a key to their room.
