Electronic submission of applications
With effect from 1 September 2020, the DocSense Document Management System has been launched at the University of Warsaw, enabling the electronic submission of documents. Within the scope of the Office for Personnel Social Benefits, it is possible to submit the following applications:
- recreation subsidy application for children;
- recreation subsidy application for UW employees;
- recreation subsidy application during the Christmas and New Year period;
- subsidy application for the use of sports and leisure activities;
- application for a holiday allocation at the University of Warsaw facilities.
In order to submit a document electronically from the University’s internal network, you should simply visit the DocSense Document Management System page – will be opened in a new window and click on the “log in with your UW account” button. On the login page, enter your ID and password. Accessing the system from outside the University’s internal network is also possible by plugging your computer into the University’s network virtually using the UW VPN.
